REFUNDS

 

WINNIE + FRAN will accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.  

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. Returns are free for U.S customers. 

Items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges: 

• Final Sale Items     
• All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Belts & Handbags)   

 

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days and will follow UPS shipping timelines once picked up by the carrier.
